How complicated is RFPIO integration with Dynamics CRM?

Greetings all! My team is looking to integrate RFPIO to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, mainly so that we can pull project data from there into RFPIO. Our company is in the process of a major migration of Dynamics and so anything that creates a large lift either for IT or for the business owner who is our main admin in this division is a non-starter.

I'm hoping to chat with folks who have integrated RFPIO with Dynamics CRM and learn what your use cases were, how the integration went, etc. Thanks!

@Sarah Sambol Hi Sarah! All of RFPIO's Microsoft integrations are fast and easy to set up. This link from the RFPIO Help Center provides a step-by-step walkthrough of how to do it.

Thanks, Al. I've seen those and need more detail on how it's worked in actual practice. I can't unilaterally activate an integration; I am accountable to the teams that depend on and administrate Dynamics CRM, and I need to be able to answer their questions. Any change to the CRM UI vis a vis the RFPIO integration would have to be approved by the team that is already managing, among other things, the user pushback on changes related to our in-process global cloud CRM migration. So while step by step walkthrough may be helpful at a later stage, I would still like to hear from other users who have also had to make internal business cases on the integration and help any other teams, including IT, understand the scope of the lift.
