Ability to change project stage through API

Currently, we do not have the ability to trigger a change in a project stage via the API. Micro Focus, now Open Text needs this ability. They have connected their internal ticketing system with our API in order for users to submit an RFP request and have it trigger a project, then feed that information back to the ticket.
