PROD-I-959 Reorder Proposal Groups

ESS would like the ability to reorder the Proposal Groups that are available in the dropdown, or at least make it so those options are shown alphabetically when using Proposal Builder project type.

Hi Nicole,

Currently, we are developing Proactive Proposal v2. In this, the 'Proposal group would be replaced by the Proposal template' and 'Create project would be replaced by the Create Proposal'.

So when this is implemented, the users can sort or filter or see preview of the template before selecting it in the Proposal document.

Please let me know if it match the expectations.
