Page Limits

Question

Hello. I have a quick question....how are you managing projects within RFPIO that have page limits based upon the vendor that have issued the RFP. We sometimes have public sector projects that have page limits. Are you putting in word limits to try and gauge the length of the RFP? Are you exporting frequently to get a gut check of where the project is at length wise? Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks

Great question! We are doing as you described, utilizing word limits when applicable and exporting for periodic checks. It is my understanding that we can only use word and character limits with the basic text editor at this time(which makes it a less desirable workaround for us as we are mostly in Word). Have you received feedback from your CSM on this topic?

Hi Andrew! I usually recommend to check out the "preview" option in RFPIO. This would be able to give a rough estimate without having to export the project in its entirety. We can also nominate one person to do these periodic checks, while leveraging section descriptions and comments to let the rest of the team know.
