I have already raised this issue...but it does not seem to be getting attention...our concurrent project licensing model it is causing a lot of issues during the sales cycle and uncertainty for customers interested in using proposal builder to create proactive proposals and other structured documents. We really do need to figure out how to license and price our product to deal with this use case, which typically (but not always) uses a project for just a short period of time.
In addition, having a way to automatically archive a project that has been used for a proactive proposal so it does not tie them up and place burden on admins is urgently required.
