Catalogs do not retain the order set in the Proposal group. A list of catalogs can be set in a proposal group but then when in Proposal builder the list of the catalogs is not retained.

Comments for the idea :
Currently, we are building Proactive Proposal v2. The Proposal group would be replaced by Proposal template. The user can able to view only the catalogs that are present in the selected sections. In the new system, the users can select whichever catalogs they want to be retained during proposal document creation.
This would be addressed in the v2 implementation.
