Customer: Nokia
Summary
Nokia would like the ability to automatically apply tags to all project questions based on the tag filters selected within the AI Draft search experience.
Business Need
When using AI Draft, users frequently filter source content by specific tags to ensure responses are generated from the most relevant and approved content. However, the project questions themselves are not automatically tagged with those same filters, creating additional manual effort and making it more difficult to maintain consistent categorization across projects.
Requested Enhancement
Add an option that automatically applies the selected AI Draft search filter tags to project questions when AI Draft is executed.
Proposed Behavior
- User selects one or more tags within the AI Draft search filters.
- When AI Draft generates a response for a project question, the selected tags are automatically added to that project question.
- If the question already contains one or more of the selected tags, duplicates are not created.
- Auto-tagging should support multiple selected tags.
- Ideally, this functionality could be configurable (enabled/disabled) at the organization or project level.
Benefits
- Reduces manual tagging effort for proposal teams.
- Improves consistency between AI Draft source selection and question categorization.
- Enhances searchability, reporting, and content governance.
- Enables future workflows that rely on question tags for automation, analytics, and content management.
Success Criteria
Users who filter AI Draft results by specific tags can automatically have those same tags applied to the associated project questions, ensuring alignment between source content selection and project metadata.
