Ability to list all the tags in the Advanced filter dropdown.

Tiffany from Symplr has requested all the tags to be listed in the Recommendation advanced filter dropdown. Currently, we only display 100 tags by default. However, entering a "%" sign displays the entire list of tags, but the customer is unaware of this feature.

So, they have requested to either list all the tags or a help text under the tags field explaining the "%" feature.

@Dinesh Makes sense. The experience is not clear and this is not the ideal behavior. We will explore on how we can improve it as part of our UX improvements next year.
